Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a person named by you) received the goods.

How to return
To return an item, email us at info@ballian.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 821 2680 with your order number and the items you wish to return. A clear statement is sufficient; you may also use the model withdrawal form below. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of informing us.

Condition of items
Please try items on as you would in a shop. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof of return. Refunds are made to the original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal or original packaging is unopened.
